Chuck Johnson is a proud Army veteran who as an active entrepreneur launched two successful nutrition-based companies, Dexter Sports Supplements, Inc. and Powerstar, Inc. in 1992. These two ventures produced 9 million dollars in revenues from 1993 through 2000. Chuck shifted his focus from the supplements business to holistic alternative health practices in 2002. His passion for the Inner Tradition of Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices was the impetus for the creation of a nonprofit organization Medsyn® Mind.Body.Soul. dedicated to holistic health care.
Chuck shares his diverse knowledge in Medical Qigong (a form of qigong) and meditation at the Harris, University City, and other YMCAs and Advanced Therapeutics in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is the organizer of MedSyn.US Social Charity Poker, Total Wellness Business Alliance and Energy Healing Education Group and holds certifications in Primordial Qigong a.k.a. Tai Chi for Greater Love, Kuan Yin Standing Qigong, and Awakening the Soul, Mat and Standing Pilates, and is an NSCA Personal Trainer. As Senior Instructor, Chuck offers Medsyn® Mind.Body.Soul. teacher certifications in three unique disciplines (Primordial & Kuan Yin Standing Qigong & Awakening the Soul).
Medsyn® Mind.Body.Soul. also offers classes and workshops designed to enhance mind-body-spirit, balance, coordination, relaxation, and positive energy. Chuck is dedicated to helping individuals improve their lifestyle with healthy physical and spiritual gains through profound enlightenment. In addition to being founder and Executive Director of Medsyn® Mind.Body.Soul., Chuck is Managing Member of White Hill Investments, LLC, holds Bachelors in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from Montreat College, Class of 2014. He is also a service-connected disability US Army Veteran 1984-1987 in Personnel Administration NCO.
